📘 Program: Language & Communication Therapy (1:1 Session)
👶 Suitable Age Group:
Children aged 2 years and above with speech, language, or communication delays or challenges
🏫 Setting:
One-on-one therapy sessions led by a trained Speech & Language Therapist
Delivered in a quiet, structured environment with personalised tools and prompts
Guided by an Individualised Therapy Plan (ITP) tailored to each child’s specific needs
👩🏫 Therapist-to-Child Ratio:
1:1 — to ensure focused attention and effective intervention
🎯 Focus Areas / Domains:
Expressive Language (using words and sentences to communicate needs and ideas)
Receptive Language (understanding instructions, questions, and concepts)
Pragmatic/Social Communication (turn-taking, eye contact, greetings, conversational cues)
Articulation & Clarity (producing clear speech sounds)
Alternative & Augmentative Communication (AAC) support when needed
