About the Program
📘 Program: Social Group Program
👶 Suitable Age Group:
Children and teens aged 6 to 20 years old who require support in developing social-emotional skills, managing challenging behaviours, or improving peer communication
🏫 Setting:
Conducted in both indoor and outdoor group environments
Structured yet engaging sessions that combine play, communication, and real-life social experiences
👩🏫 Facilitator-to-Student Ratio:
1:3 to 1:5, depending on age and support needs
🎯 Focus Areas / Domains:
This program is designed for students with speech delays, social anxiety, limited play skills, or aggressive/challenging behaviours, aiming to strengthen:
Social Play Skills (learning how to play, share, and take turns)
Two-Way Peer Communication (verbal and non-verbal interaction)
Emotional Regulation & Social Awareness (recognising feelings, managing reactions)
Cognitive Skills & Problem Solving (decision-making, flexibility during play)
Understanding Rules & Game Structure (learning the flow of games and teamwork)
Exploration of Games (e.g., board games, interactive play, cooperative challenges)
🎯 Program Goal:
To help children and teens build meaningful connections, improve self-control, and feel confident engaging with peers — both in structured and spontaneous social settings.





Program Supervisor
Qistine Loh

With over 12 years of experience in the Special Education field across various settings, she has worked with hundreds of children facing challenges such as autism, ADHD, Down syndrome, and other developmental delays and disorders. She is confident in her ability to help lay the foundation for each child’s milestones and empower them to reach their full potential.
