"We are committed to your child’s progress.
If, after 6 months of consistent attendance and cooperation, your child shows no measurable improvement in the agreed targeted areas — and you’re not satisfied with our service at all — we’ll refund your fees for that period.
In rare cases where standards were not met, a double refund may be considered.

Terms & Conditions
At HI 5 SEN, we stand behind the quality and care of our services. We aim to deliver measurable improvements in your child's development within a nurturing and professional environment. To ensure fairness and clarity, the following Terms & Conditions apply to our service warranty

1. Eligibility

The warranty applies only to children enrolled in our Early Intervention Program (EIP) or relevant therapeutic programs for a minimum continuous period of 6 months.

The child must attend at least 80% of scheduled sessions during the warranty period.

Parents/guardians must cooperate with the team, including attending feedback sessions and following through on recommended home strategies.
2. Measurable Improvement
-
Improvements are assessed based on initial Individualised Education Plan (IEP) targets, professional observations, and documented progress reports.

Domains may include communication, behaviour regulation, gross/fine motor skills, or academic readiness.

Lack of progress will be reviewed by the centre’s lead professionals.


3. Refund Conditions

If no reasonable improvement is observed and all conditions above are met, parents may request a full refund of service fees paid during the 6-month period.

In exceptional cases of significant dissatisfaction and verified procedural oversight, double the amount paid may be refunded at the management’s discretion.
4. Exclusions
The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

Inconsistent attendance or withdrawal before 6 months.
-
Lack of cooperation in follow-up or home strategies.
-
External factors (e.g., medical conditions or changes in home environment) that significantly affect progress.

Cases where partial improvement is evident.


5. Process to Claim

Claims must be submitted in writing to hi5sen.care@gmail.com within 30 days of completing the 6-month period.

Claims will be reviewed within 14 working days.

Supporting documentation and progress records will be considered during the evaluation.
HI 5 SEN reserves the right to update or revise these terms at any time. This warranty reflects our commitment to transparency, accountability, and the belief that every child deserves a program that works.
