About the Role
As an Occupational Therapist at Hi 5 SEN, you will assess and implement therapy plans to improve students’ motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living abilities. You’ll work with students in 1:1 and group settings, contributing to their independence and functional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments and develop Individualised Therapy Plans (ITP)
• Provide therapy targeting fine/gross motor skills, sensory regulation, and ADLs
• Deliver oral placement therapy, pre-writing support, and self-care training
• Collaborate with educators and behavioural teams to support classroom integration
• Monitor progress and communicate with parents regularly
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognised institution
Registered and certified OT in Malaysia
Experience working with children with GDD, autism, Down syndrome, or sensory disorders
Ability to manage both 1:1 and group OT sessions
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
