Hi, I’m Qistine Loh, the Founder and Managing Director of HI 5 SEN, and a passionate educator, therapist, and programme leader with over 15 years of experience in the field of Special Educational Needs (SEN). I bring a unique and hands-on approach to inclusive education, combining academic structure, behavioural therapy, and child-centred strategies. I continue to work closely with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams to provide a safe and nurturing learning environment for neurodivergent learners.
🎓 Education & Certifications
Qistine holds a Master in Special Educational Needs from the University of South Wales, UK. She also completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Pre & Primary Teacher Training from the Asian College of Teachers and a Professional Diploma in Special Education through College Allied Educator and Open University Malaysia. Her academic foundation is supported by a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing (Hons) from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman.
She is certified in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), Speech Therapy Assistance, Phonics & Phonetics, and Child Psychology & Learning Disorder Management.

Qistine currently leads HI 5 SEN’s flagship centres with a combined infrastructure that includes:
11 classrooms designed for 1:1 sessions, group learning, and behaviour-based support
2 sensory gyms and 1 sensory room for regulation and motor integration
2 Occupational Therapy rooms for daily living, sensory, and motor skill development
A passionate team of 19+ staff delivering therapy and education
👨🎓 Community Involvement
Qistine has conducted parent-child outings, autism awareness events, and in-house training workshops. She mentors new educators and therapists and actively contributes to shaping inclusive education across the region.
Her most anticipated program, Sensory Camp, which involves parents and children in sensory-rich activities, has created a wave in the special needs community around Klang Valley. This also makes HI 5 SEN one of the pioneers of such a program.
