Hi 5 SEN Team Building & Community Visit – A Day of Giving Back
Our Hi 5 SEN team spent a very meaningful day stepping out of the office and into the community. Dressed in our matching event shirts, we started the morning together and set off on a team building day with a special purpose: to visit two care centres and spend time with the residents there.
Our first visit was at 11.30AM. Our team took the time to sit down with the residents, say hello, hold their hands and chat with them. For many of them, a simple conversation and a warm smile can brighten the whole day. It was a good reminder that kindness does not need to be complicated.
At 1.30PM, we continued on to our second centre. Walking there together as a team, we were excited to meet a new group of residents and share more of our time with them. Whether young or old, every resident was welcomed with the same care and respect.
This day was also a chance for our own team to grow closer. Working side by side, supporting one another and sharing the experience helped us bond, and it reminded us why we do what we do at Hi 5 SEN: to care for others and to build a more inclusive community.
Thank you to both centres for welcoming us so warmly, and to everyone who made this day possible. We hope to return soon and continue spreading joy together!
